TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked through our official booking platform (GlossGenius) or approved channels.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

 

2. Payments
Velor Beauty Studio operates as a cashless business.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your service via accepted payment methods listed at checkout.
Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of future services.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Deposits may be transferred one time only

  • Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit

 

4. Late Arrivals
Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling

  • A $50 late fee may apply

  • Appointments may be canceled if significantly late

 

5. No Call / No Show
Clients who fail to show up without notice will:

  • Forfeit their deposit

  • May be required to pay 100% upfront to rebook

 

6. Service Policy
All services are performed with care and professionalism.
Results may vary based on:

  • Hair type

  • Skin condition

  • Maintenance

  • Client preferences
     

Velor Beauty Studio does not guarantee identical results to reference photos.

 

7. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any:

  • Allergies

  • Medical conditions

  • Skin sensitivities
     

Velor Beauty Studio is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.

 

8. Guests
No extra guests are permitted unless they are receiving a service.

 

9. Refund Policy
All services are final sale.
No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
If you are unsatisfied, please notify us before leaving the appointment so we can address concerns.

 

10. Booking Platform
All bookings, deposits, and service selections are processed through GlossGenius.
Velor Beauty Studio is not responsible for technical issues, outages, or errors related to third-party platforms.

 

11. Right to Refuse Service
Velor Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying:

  • Disrespectful behavior

  • Harassment

  • Unsafe or inappropriate conduct

 

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website.

 

13. Appointment Availability
Appointments are prioritized to ensure a seamless and timely experience for all clients.
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability; however, we strongly recommend calling ahead to confirm openings.
After-hours appointments may be accommodated upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees.
